• Returns Period: You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Condition of Items: Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty.
• Process: To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process
• Return Costs: Unless the item is faulty or damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Your satisfaction matters to us—if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
